Our Southtowne Mazda Sales Managers help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by managing vehicle sales processes & dealership staff, planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives, and meeting requirements based on objectives set by upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Sales Department and ensure the sustainability of dealerships profitability
  • Strategize with department managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
  • Possess a high passion for customer retention and CSI above market standards and zone averages
  • Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture
  • Coordinate with the business office to ensure records are accurate
  • Hiring and training of sales representatives

Skills

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
